    • Client: A large, highly technical manufacturer in southwestern Michigan
    • Issue: Joining a long-tenured staff, this position required a niche-specific skill set and management experience.
    • Solution: Our Client needed to find a replacement for a Maintenance Manager at a large manufacturing operation. This organization is very high on long tenured staff, so it was very important to find someone who is not only technical savvy, having a solid background in a variety of mechanical equipment and electro-mechanical vision systems, but needed someone with a strong servant leadership background with demonstrated history of aligns both the mechanical and electrical groups.

Career Transitions, through a passive candidate strategy, isolated possible candidates within a 30-mile commute and contacted those qualified to discuss the company, culture and what their philosophy was on people.
