    • Client: Pre-IPO e-commerce manufacturer of custom furniture products from recycled materials.
    • Issue: The company was experiencing rapid growth, close to 300% over the past 6 months, and were in dire need of Web Developers to modernize their e-commerce platform as well as their proprietary systems internally to support the jump in revenue and customer base.
    • Solution: Career Transitions was tasked with finding dynamic Web Developers with experience working on SaaS platforms in a LAMP stack development environment. On top of that, the development team was working predominantly remote and our client’s leadership team really needed candidates with that type of work environment experience coming in. Together with our research department, we were able to identify candidates in a short time frame that would be both a technical and culture fit for our client.
