    • Solution: A client in North Central, IN, needed to add a Sales Manager to their team to support their newly built manufacturing facility. This niche manufacturer is well known in their industry and although has had a local presence, their business plan included growing their local accounts, gaining more market share in their targeted, highly competitive industry as well as expanding their products into other industries. Having contacts within their targeted industry is crucial as many of the customers have utilized the same manufacturers for years. As their product offerings are technical in nature and offer solutions to the end customers, having a technical background with an understanding of their product line, as well as what solutions could be offered, was essential to this role’s success.
