With a focus on people, process and technology, Jeff leads the company’s expansion, service delivery and customer relations efforts. In addition to growing Career Transitions Holdings, his successful record of business accomplishments includs SaaS technology, telecom, and real-estate development companies. Jeff believes that people are your most important asset.

Matt Brown, Director of Sales

Matt removes service barriers through effective communications to our recruiting teams about customer needs and expectations. This increases our level of service efficiency and eliminates service gaps.

Dan Witters, Managing Director

As Managing Director of Contingency Recruiting in Mishawaka, Dan guides the deployment, execution and service delivery for contingency recruiting. His team is responsible for all customer and candidate connections ranging from project assignments to placements in a wide variety of disciplines.

Amy delivers all contract staffing service lines and support for all office locations. Her team guides customers through the contracting process which includes search, placement, payroll and contract strategic staffing.
