Matt has developed quality assurance measures to maintain maximum customer service levels and routinely works as a “trusted advisor” to our valued clients, advising them on hiring practices and workflows when developing their standard hiring practices.
Matt studied at Bethel College and is a member of the Michiana SHRM, and is an active participant in many local SHRM events.
Amy Szuba, CTS
Director, Contract Staffing
Amy leads our contract staffing division focusing on contract and temporary-to-permanent staffing. Her areas of primary specialization include information technology, accounting and financial services, manufacturing, engineering, office clerical and administration, customer service, sales and marketing.
Amy offers our clients assistance when additional staffing is necessary during cyclical times, for special projects and to backfill for permanent employees. She also counsels clients on the financial savings that contract staffing services can bring to their businesses including eliminating payroll and payroll tax issues, reducing benefits administration, unemployment and workers’ compensation exposure, maintaining budget controls, and increasing protection from lawsuits.
Amy possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and holds a Certified Temporary Staffing designation.
Brian Hulecki, CPC
Brian concentrates his search focus in the areas of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing. He also provides organizational support on special business projects and concurrently supports our technology platform.
Brian offers our clients assistance with strategic hiring needs in technical or operational roles impacting group, business unit, or organizational performance.
Brian is a graduate of Indiana University, and holds a Certified Personnel Consultant Designation. He is a certified administrator / trainer of competency-based interview techniques with a focus on core skill competencies. He is the former president of the Michiana Human Resource Association, past district director and board member of the Indiana Search & Staffing Association (ISSA), a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the former president of the local chapter of Business Network International.
Elizabeth Muellner, SPHR
Director, Career Management Services
Elizabeth specializes in Career Management (Outplacement, Executive Coaching, Retirement/Life Coaching). Her expertise includes exit planning, outplacement delivery, and coaching for executive to mid-level management, with extensive knowledge in these areas as well as training and organizational development.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Indiana University, and holds a Senior Professional Human Resource Designation (SPHR). She has extensive training in career, job search, executive coaching, crisis management, and emergency medicine. She is currently a member of the National and Michiana Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has served as a Legislative Representative, Certification Representative, and Public Relations Representative on the SHRM Board.
Jeff concentrates his search focus in the Technology sector. His internal and external staffing expertise is enhanced by his strong background in training and development, which has helped him see that effective employee selection is a critical component of organizational performance and success. His thorough understanding of the hiring process and the organizational dynamic surrounding it adds value to our clients’ staffing efforts.
Jeff is a graduate of Purdue University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw. He is a member of the Indiana Search & Staffing Association (ISSA) and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). He has served as an adjunct professor in the Monmouth College MBA program, and he is an active supporter and former leader within the LaSalle District of the Boy Scouts of America.
Director, Executive Recruiting
Dan concentrates his search focus on Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. He also provides leadership to our permanent placement search group to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations.
Dan has a unique blend of executive recruiting and corporate recruiting experience. He has supported the automotive, consumer products, and pharmaceutical industries and spent nine years with a publically traded NYSE-listed international manufacturer of electronic components as their Recruiting Supervisor and Corporate HR Manager. His main focus was corporate-wide recruiting initiatives, from C-Suite down to non-exempt support staff, where he spearheaded a number of challenging recruitment projects in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Christy has been recruiting for over 14 years. She is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Design College as well as their Business College. She has recruited out of New York City, Detroit Metro area, and now the Michiana area. Christy’s areas of focus have been design, architecture, engineering, construction, energy services, and manufacturing. Her recruiting expertise is true headhunting and finding that perfect candidate for her clients.
Marcia has more than 20 years of experience as a professional recruiter. She enjoys a challenge and is committed and determined to do her best each and every day. Marcia has a wealth of experience with Supply Chain, Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, all Engineering disciplines, Marketing and Graphic Design, Sales, and Accounting. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a major in Industrial Relations.
In her 11th year as a professional recruiter, Gwen is a Senior Recruiter specializing in contract and contract-to-hire placement. Gwen recruits professionals in IT, all Engineering disciplines, Accounting, Customer Service, and Executive Administration.
Senior Executive Recruiter
As Senior Executive Recruiter with Career Transitions, Mary-Jane is responsible for full cycle recruiting. Originally from the Chicagoland area, her areas of expertise include Commercial P&C; Underwriting, Account Management and Production; as well as all areas of Engineering and Manufacturing Production. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
Jackie Davis offers more than 14 years of experience as a professional recruiter with a focus in technical recruiting. Her experience includes engineering, IT, management, sales & marketing, finance, scientific, and other positions across multiple industries, with full lifecycle recruiting and account management. Her specialty is the aerospace industry and IT. Jackie does her best to get back to all candidates so they know their status with clients.
