OUTPLACEMENT

At some point, all employers are faced with terminating employees. No matter what the cause of the separation, employers benefit by handling the termination in a structured and humane manner while remaining within the confines of the law.

Our Career Management Services Division offers solutions to/from separation planning and managerial coaching to documentation and client consultation.

Career Transitions can facilitate the design of a strategic termination system — including procedures, scripts, and forms — to ensure that terminations are conducted professionally and within legal guidelines. Our career management professionals will guide your former employee(s) to gracefully exit your premises through a successful transition into their next career opportunity.

Our firm offers a broad range of outplacement programs. Each program provides career consultation, coaching, and support to help ease the terminated employee's feelings of defeat, grief, or anger, and focus him or her on the options and opportunities ahead.

Our in-resident program include intricate job search campaign planning and execution including research, career planning, resume preparation, cover letter writing, interview skills training follow-up techniques, and salary negotiation advice. Advanced training, market intelligence, and networking opportunities are available at our weekly group meetings.

All in-resident programs include office space, telephone, voice mail, e-mail, computers, Internet, and supervision of the displaced worker's daily job search activities. Daily supervision helps ensure the candidate makes appropriate effort in return for the client company's investment. To assist client companies in capping their financial commitment, all ancillary costs, including parking, printing, long-distance, and postage expenses, are included with each program.
Executive Program (For Duration of Job Search)
Standard In-Resident Program (Up to 6 months)

Our non-resident programs are designed to facilitate transition of employees facing a less complex job search campaign. Workshop formats are used to impart general information. Individual counseling sessions are subsequently scheduled to focus on each candidate’s specific needs.
Quick Start Program (10 hours one-on-one consulting time)
Modified Quick Start Program (Group orientation)
Retirement Program (for employees planning to retire instead of job search)

Our virtual product can be delivered effectively in remote geographic locations via Internet, mail, and telecommunication methods.
Virtual Career Transition Program (Programs available for up to 12 months)

These programs, in the form of Trailing Partner Support, can be used as a recruiting tool to entice a relocated candidate’s partner and to ease their transition to the new geographic location.

Any program can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual employers.
