Jeff Tuholski - General Manager

With 25 years of business experience, 15 years in the search industry and the balance in human resources, Mr. Tuholski serves Career Transitions as both manager and “hands-on” staffing consultant. His search activities cross all disciplines but he has substantial experience in Information Technology and other technical occupation.

• Internal and external staffing experience augmented by a strong background in Training and Development, leading to a clear recognition that effective employee selection is a critical component of organizational performance and success.
• Thorough understanding of the hiring process and the organizational dynamic surrounding it. Adds value to the client’s staffing efforts through effective candidate identification and as a professional extension of their organization.
• Experienced with competency based behavioral interview techniques and systems. Utilizes skill based assessment tools for client projects focusing on “critical skills and competencies” derived from top performing employees.
• As an HR executive has developed and implemented many individual and organizational assessment programs including Assessment Centers, Management Succession Planning and other high potential identification initiatives.
• A certified trainer in numerous management and professional development programs including Interviewing & Selection and Managing Personal Growth

Education and Associations

He holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a BA in Psychology from DePauw University.

Mr. Tuholski is currently a member of the Indiana Search & Staffing Association (ISSA) and the Michiana Region Mid-Range Users Group (MRMUG). Mr. Tuholski is a past member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the OD Network and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Monmouth College MBA program. Jeff is an active supporter and past leader within the LaSalle District of the Boy Scouts of America.
