Once you have found a position that interests you, go ahead and complete the required fields and upload your resume. You will then be contacted by one of our recruiters to discuss your background and experiences, and to discuss next steps. If you are not a fit, don’t worry; positions open and close every week. We can keep you informed of other positions as they become available. Establishing a relationship with Career Transitions means that we can proactively keep you informed of future positions as they become available, in most cases before anyone else.

Phone Interview

If you applied for an open position and we feel that your skills and abilities match the requirements, we will want to know a little more about you. One of our Recruiters will call you to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your background. We will then present your profile to our client(s) for consideration.

In-Person Interview

If your phone interview made an impact and went well with both the recruiter and the client, we will bring you on-site for further dialogue. Before this important step takes place, your recruiter will schedule a time to talk through the face-to-face interview process with you, provide some insight and background information about the company, and help mentor you. We want your interview to make a lasting impression!

Offer and Acceptance

The final step is the “Offer and Acceptance” stage. You will meet with your recruiter and review every detail to ensure you have a clear understanding of your new career opportunity. Once you review the offer and choose to accept, your recruiter will relay this information to the company and establish a start date. We are proud to work closely with our clients to help them secure the best talent around!

Onboarding

Our job is not yet complete! We will continue to work with you and your new employer to ensure you have a smooth and easy transition into your new role. We partner with all parties involved to make sure the proper resources, information and relationships are in place to help you contribute quickly and get off to a fast and productive start.
